If you are having a problem with your instrument, please know that we fully stand behind our instruments and will work with you to get any issues you are experiencing resolved. Most problems that can arise are the result of the instrument adjusting to changes in temperature and humidity. These problems are almost always easily correctable by the owner of the instrument with a little bit of instruction. We have had great success using video instruction to facilitate this process and so have created a series of videos that address the most common problems. So first check out these videos and then send an email if you need additional help.

Unfortunately, as a two person operation, we are not able to work on other makers’ instruments. There are a number of repair persons out there who do such work. We recommend checking out the forums at concertina.net to find assistance.
